Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the mb8 million platform. Duplicate account registration is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number and a valid email address.
• Set a strong and unique password for your account. mb8 million recommends using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Keep your Login credentials confidential. mb8 million will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. You must submit a valid copy of your MyKad or passport and a recent bank statement (no older than 3 months) as proof of address.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• MB8 Million will process withdrawals within 5–15 minutes of approval. However, bank processing times may vary.
• MB8 Million reserves the right to request additional documents for security verification purposes before approving large withdrawal amounts.

Mb8 million offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, free spin offers and a VIP loyalty program. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The maximum wager per bet when using bonus funds is RM 20, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.

• The use of automation software (bots), scripts or any third-party tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are set and displayed within the respective game. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment is processed. This process may take up to 72 hours.

Mb8 million maintains a zero-tolerance policy against any form of fraud, manipulation or conduct that harms the platform or other players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion — Colluding with other players to exploit games or harm other players, particularly in poker or Live Casino games.
• Money Laundering — Using the mb8 million platform to conceal or launder illegally obtained funds.
• Bonus Abuse — Opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or exploit weaknesses in the promotion system.
• Use of Unauthorised Software — Using bots, automation software, or tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Threats & Harassment — Sending threatening, harassing, or inflammatory messages to staff or other players.

Any breach of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and possible legal action.

To the extent permitted by law, mb8 million will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
• Data damage or loss caused by viruses or malware on your own device.

The maximum total liability of MB8 Million to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

MB8 Million reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Inability to verify a member's identity or age.
• Requests from legal or regulatory authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team. Any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no outstanding issues related to the account.
